Journaling is a way to release emotions and to reset your mind. If you are having a bad day you can write down your feelings and what wrongs you feel were done to you and then you can rip up the piece of paper and that symbolizes a releasing of negative thoughts or energy. Personally, I like to use journaling to help me find myself and set my goals. It really helps me map out my month by setting daily and weekly goals to achieve the overall big goal. I like and stand by the Deserved Happiness journals because it allows one to go on a path of self-discovery to ultimately find your happiness.
