Gift and subscription boxes cannot be returned. We do not accept returns or exchanges of bath or body products. If your item arrives damaged, a new product will be sent free of charge provided customer support is notified within 10 days of receipt. One-time purchases from our Shop can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is not provided. Items must be returned in unused condition and in their original packaging. Depending on the item, a $1-$3 re-stocking fee may be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of repackaging.
